As the saying goes, “a man’s home is his castle.” If that castle is a condominium, then nowadays the castle is regularly under siege.  At the center of it all stands the Board Member. Few people understand the amount of work required to operate a condominium association. On any given day, a condominium board may face a lawsuit from a homeowner, an unpaid assessment, a foreclosure, a fight over the use of a common element, or any number of other struggles. Being on the board of a condominium is a tough, unpaid, and often thankless job. We understand, and we’re here to help.
