- Professional Overview Wil Thomas, a Partner in O’Hagan Meyer’s Denver office, focuses his practice on the defense of errors and omissions claims (including professional negligence, medical malpractice and legal malpractice) and management-side employment claims (including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-hour matters). He also practices in the areas of professional liability, commercial litigation and general litigation. Wil has successfully litigated cases in state court, federal court, administrative forums, and before state and federal appellate courts, including recently arguing a case before the Michigan Supreme Court.
