    Dennis Strazulo is a management-side employment law attorney with a sub-specialty in providing counsel to sports/entertainment industry clients. He is the managing partner of O’Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco Office, Chair of the Firm’s Sports & Entertainment Practice Group, and actively involved with emerging issues with Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities available to student athletes - counseling NIL Collectives, Universities, Sponsors, and Student Athletes. Dennis has over 30 years’ experience as a litigator and trial lawyer and provides daily advice to executives and human resource professionals regarding issues such as terminations, wage and hour compliance, sexual harassment, discrimination, severance and employment agreements.  He is also a frequent lecturer to national audiences on complex employment law issues, strategic case management, and mediation tactics.

    An accomplished negotiator, Dennis brings to clients a media/communications background and unique blend of practicing employment law and advising sports and entertainment clients in California.  His clients also include television production studios, talent managers, and professional sports agents. From 2011 – 2015 he appeared as a weekly guest on a local radio program covering employment law topics, drawing acclaim from listeners. Dennis now serves as President of The Board of Directors of Music Heals International and also authors sports and entertainment articles for San Francisco Bay Area magazine publications.

    Dennis earned two undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degrees at the University of San Francisco (BA in English; BA in Communications Arts/Mass Media Studies) and received his Juris Doctor degree from the USF School of Law at Kendrick Hall.
