O’Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco Office has established its home in Sausalito, California!

Sausalito sits at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge, linking San Francisco to Marin County and the renowned Sonoma/Napa Valley wine country. Once known as a hub for rail and car ferry traffic before the Bridge was constructed, Sausalito’s yacht harbor became home to shipbuilders, houseboat communities and the Record Plant studio, where numerous platinum albums, including Fleetwood Mac’s Rumors and Stevie Wonder’s Songs in the Key of Life were recorded during the height of San Francisco’s music scene.

Sausalito still maintains its status as an artist enclave and welcome getaway from The City, but amidst a thriving business community, now including O’Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco Office located downtown on Caledonia Street. San Francisco Office Managing Partner, Dennis Strazulo, a fourth generation native of The City, is delighted with the firm’s choice of location: “I am thrilled to now serve clients from our vibrant and picturesque Sausalito outpost, and looking forward to involving O’Hagan Meyer in the active, local community.”

Attorneys Laura Flynn and Elizabeth Stewart, who are taking residence in the office with Dennis, add their own history and Bay Area flair to the firm’s Northern California headquarters. Laura’s family came to San Francisco from New York in 1957 when her grandfather, who worked for the Giants, relocated with the team. Elizabeth’s parents were born in South San Francisco and she grew up in nearby San Mateo.

O’Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco office will continue its focus of representing clients in employment law, professional and broker liability, and commercial litigation matters. Dennis will also head up O’Hagan Meyer’s newly formed Sports Practice Group out of Sausalito and the Firm’s Los Angeles Office.
