    Christopher Regan is an Associate of O’Hagan Meyer in its New York office. In that capacity, Christopher acts as a data breach counsel to companies, both large and small, in preventing and responding to data security incidents, network intrusions, data theft events, fraudulent funds transfer and theft, ransomware attacks and inadvertent disclosure of data.

    Christopher is certified as a Privacy Law Specialist (PLS) through the American Bar Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) through the IAPP. He has earned numerous other cybersecurity, project management, and privacy certifications.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Christopher worked in-house at a Fortune 200 company, for the City of New York specializing in cybersecurity, privacy, and artificial intelligence law, and as a white-collar crime prosecutor specializing in cybercrime cases.

    He also frequently conducts seminars and webinars on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, privacy law, and criminal litigation.
