Nina has a deep background in litigated matters, including but not limited to insolvency, collections, commercial disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and real estate. She also has experience in counseling companies, as outside in-house counsel, in a range of matters, including loss mitigation, collections, bankruptcy, contract negotiation, management, and disputes, employment law matters, ADA issues/complaints, data privacy and protection, data breach issues, and regulatory and compliance matters with respect to the GLBA, CCPA, FDCPA, FCRA, ECOA, TILA, RESPA, TCPA, EFTA, SCRA, MLA, and other laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance, as well as assisting companies in responding to various regulatory complaints, including those made to HUD, the NCUA, the CFPB, the DFPI, and OSHA.
