    Kalli Sarkin is an Associate in the Downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. Her practice focuses on defending employers in individual and class action lawsuits in employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to pay wages or benefits, breach of contract, wrongful termination, negligent hiring or retention, and defamation. In addition to representing her clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration, she assists her clients in protecting themselves from employment-related disputes by reviewing and drafting agreements and policies and by providing guidance on company programs and training.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Kalli served as an Associate at a boutique law firm. Her experience includes representation of employers and other corporate clients in employment litigation, derivative lawsuits, and shareholder disputes, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements for corporate clients and managing corporate transactions.

    Kalli received her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Honors Board. She majored in Latin at UCLA, having graduated cum laude and as a member of the Honors Program.
