Demi Flores is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Orange County office. Her practice focuses on the defense of employers against a variety of claims including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
Ms. Flores’s previous legal experience includes representing contractors in complex construction defect litigation and representing sellers in real estate sales disputes. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Flores also represented product manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and premise owners in toxic tort actions in Illinois and contemporaneously litigated general product liability, breach of contract, and landlord tenant actions on behalf of a variety of clients in California.
Ms. Flores graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Philosophy. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Flores obtained her Juris Doctor degree from LMU Loyola Law School. While in law school, Ms. Flores served as a production editor for the
Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Flores also served as a coordinator for the Young Lawyers Mentorship Program at Loyola Law School—a program which offered mentorship and trial advocacy education to high school students from low-income communities across Los Angeles.
