Respected as a trial lawyer, he also provides general legal counsel to publicly and privately held companies across a range of industries, including construction, real estate, hospitality and manufacturers. Clients have come to rely on his keen litigation experience as well as his skill in negotiating favorable results. His practice is focused on the vigorous defense of manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and individuals involved in products liability; sporting arms, ammunition, and outdoor products; toxic torts; professional liability; and environmental disputes. Mr. Davidson has built his reputation on handling high exposure troubled matters and has become a trusted resource and counselor to his clients.
