Professional Overview
Brandon has broad experience representing professionals. The majority of his practice is devoted to defending architects, engineers, and accountants in both state and federal courts, as well as regulatory enforcement actions. In addition to his litigation and trial experience, Brandon regularly advises design professionals about topics affecting their business such as negotiating professional service agreements, providing guidance about regulatory concerns, and advising about copyright issues.
Brandon earned his B.S. in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before attending the William & Mary Law School, Brandon spent four years working for an award-winning architecture firm where he contributed to the design and construction administration of various commercial projects. While at William & Mary, Brandon served as the Managing Editor of the William & Mary Law Review.
