O’Hagan Meyer is excited to announce the opening of our new offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Portland, Oregon.

Our Las Vegas office will be led by Managing Partner, Marcus Lee. Marcus is joined by Associates Inku Nam and Holly Walker.

Our Portland office will be led by Managing Partner Brad J. Krupicka. Brad is joined by Partner Brad Bigos and Associates Ally McLain and Kaith Sheikhly.

Las Vegas, Nevada:

Marcus Lee, Managing Partner of Las Vegas
Mr. Lee conducts all aspects of employment litigation from single-plaintiff to class-action wage and hour cases, harassment, discrimination, trade secret theft, fraud, and breach of contract with dual licensure in both California and Nevada. Mr. Lee also provides advice and counsel on corporate and employment compliance for employers. Mr. Lee’s clients include employers in a broad range of industries from tech, hospitality, entertainment, capital investments, construction, financial services, and retail. Mr. Lee also leads the firm’s Korean Business Practice Group providing advice and counsel services to international companies operating in the United States as well as their many subsidiaries throughout California and Nevada. Inku Nam, Associate
Mr. Nam represents employers in litigation matters in both federal and state court involving sexual harassment, gender/age/race/disability discrimination, and non-competition disputes. Beyond employment matters, Mr. Nam’s extensive experience includes litigation involving commercial, business, and personal litigation. Mr. Nam also handles mortgage default, title disputes, and judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. Mr. Nam has also served as an appointed Foreclosure Mediator for the Nevada Supreme Court. Holly Walker, Associate
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Holly has been committed to her community. She represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She also assists employers with drafting handbooks and agreements, presenting anti-discrimination and harassment trainings, conducting internal audits and investigations, evaluating accommodation requests, and assessing performance management and termination. She represents a variety of clients – including local businesses and Fortune 500 companies – in all areas of labor and employment litigation and complex commercial litigation. Portland, Oregon:

Brad J. Krupicka, Managing Partner of Portland
Brad has been a prominent attorney Portland for over a decade. His practice focuses on employment litigation issues, alternative dispute resolution, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, and issues related to hiring. He has experience counseling clients through employee theft investigations. A fourth-generation firefighter, Brad spent five summers as a wildland firefighter and engine boss. Brad Bigos, Partner
While Brad is a Partner in the Portland office, he practices in Seattle, Washington. His practice focuses on defending employment law claims. Brad works closely with clients to investigate claims, identify priorities and objectives, and develop case strategies moving forward. Whether a matter may be resolved on mutually agreeable terms or must be litigated, Brad aims to provide clear advice and vigorous advocacy for his clients at all stages. Ally McLain, Associate
Ally’s practice focuses on employment law litigation. Her practice also includes commercial and business litigation. She also spent over three years a workers’ compensation defense attorney in Oregon. Ally graduated from Oregon State University, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Food Science & Technology. After working as a quality supervisor in a granola bar manufacturing plant, she realized she wanted to counsel employers at a higher level and went to law school. Kaith Sheikhly, Associate
Kaith defends business across a spectrum of employment-related disputes using his experience as an attorney and insights from managing his own small business. Kaith has previously practiced as a business attorney in Oregon. He adeptly represented businesses in all facets of their development, including matters pertaining to entity formation, contracts, estate planning, and financing.
