San Francisco partner Laura Flynn joins a panel of season litigators to discuss the current impact COVID-19 has on litigating civil cases on Tuesday, May 26th at 4pm PST. They will also address California Court’s Emergency Rules and Administrative Orders. This will impact filings and discovery, strategies for moving cases forward and reaching resolution, and the potential effect on jury selection. Additional topics include proposed new statutory immunities and surges in certain types of claims.

Following the presentation, MCBA invites all attendees to share their experiences in  the era of COVID-19 and their expectations for the future.

After the program from 5 – 6 pm PST, the litigation section will hold a virtual mixer to meet other litigation section members and connect while we are all sheltering in place. Join the fun!
