Trenten Bilodeaux is an associate at O’Hagan Meyer based in the San Francisco office. Mr. Bilodeaux is also a licensed attorney in Oregon and supports the Portland office as needed. He is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, Sports & Entertainment Practice Group, and Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Bilodeaux predominantly handles wage and hour claims, including class action litigation. However, he has considerable experience defending businesses and individuals in workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and unfair business practice claims.

Mr. Bilodeaux also works with clients on business and intellectual property matters, including registration, licensing, and infringement claims. He has worked extensively in the Name, Image, and Likeness space (NIL) with Student-Athletes, Universities, Businesses, and Agencies. Notably, Mr. Bilodeaux has facilitated brand development, merchandise supply, marketing, licensing, and endorsement contracts for his NIL clients.

Outside of the office, Mr. Bilodeaux enjoys exercise, travel, and attending sporting events.
