Notably, Mr. Bilodeaux has facilitated brand development, NIL licensing, marketing efforts, endorsement contracts, and merchandise supply for his NIL clients. He closely follows the rapidly evolving landscape of college athletics to provide comprehensive analysis, advice, and insights into future developments of the industry. Mr. Bilodeaux emphasizes an educational approach towards his client interactions in the NIL space due to the layered analysis of pending NIL cases, state laws, NCAA bylaws, conference rules, and university regulations required to navigate the current NIL marketplace.

    With regards to Labor & Employment, Mr. Bilodeaux predominantly handles complex class action wage and hour claims, including those for violations of The Private Attorney Generals Act of 2004 (“PAGA”). Addtionally, he has considerable experience defending businesses and executives in FEHA related matters such as workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and the commonly included unfair business practice claims. Mr. Bilodeaux’s approach to labor & employment matters involves thorough factual investigation and consideration of potential cost-effective resolution methods to achieve client objectives.
