O’Hagan Meyer Partner Susana P. Solano is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment, Class and Class Action, and Wage and Hour practice groups. She brings over 14 years of experience representing employers across a variety of industries.
Her practice is focused on defending private employers in wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation, as well as public and private employers in single-plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, whistleblower retaliation, and violations of public policy.
Susana has extensive experience advocating for clients before administrative agencies, including the Civil Rights Department, Labor Commissioner, EEOC, WCAB, and PERB. Known as a trusted advisor, she partners with management, executives, in-house counsel, boards of directors, and city councils to provide strategic, business-focused counsel that ensures compliance, prevents litigation, and mitigates risk when managing workforce performance.
Outside of her practice, Susana enjoys Pilates, yoga, dancing, traveling, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.
