- Professional Overview Stephen Lin, Of Counsel at O'Hagan Meyer's San Francisco office, represents individuals and corporations of all sizes in general civil litigation. His experience encompasses a wide variety of cases, including product liability defense, employment law, landlord-tenant disputes, and general contract matters. He also has significant experience in bankruptcy law, particularly in adversarial proceedings before U.S. Bankruptcy Court judges. Stephen is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and written discovery to fact and expert depositions, law and motion practice, arbitration, mediation, and trial. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Cantonese and Spanish.
