Sohin S. Gautam is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Los Angeles office where he is a member of the labor and employment team. Mr. Gautam primarily handles wage and hour disputes, class actions, and PAGA claims – on behalf of employers. Mr. Gautam further defends and advises employers on various employment issues and practices, including evaluating policies, records, and employment and termination decisions, to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Mr. Gautam has successfully obtained dismissals of cases through demurrers and dispositive motions. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Gautam defended public entities in labor and employment matters.
