Shane Bradwell is a Partner based out of the Chicago office. Shane focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation involving director and officer disputes, shareholder valuation fights, and financial services litigation. Shane also has successfully defended not-for-profit boards, companies, and political campaigns in class action, trade secret, breach of contract, and labor and employment matters.

Shane is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Illinois, and he has obtained pro hac vice admission to litigate cases around the United States, including the Court of Chancery in Delaware, and federal courts in Texas, Florida, and New York. Shane has been recognized as an Illinois Rising Star, and an Emerging Lawyer based on excellence and peer recognition from other attorneys in his field.
