    Samuel is an Associate Attorney in the San Francisco office. A seasoned litigator and trial attorney, Mr. Kim is part of the Firm’s Class and Collective Action Practice Group and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group.

    Mr. Kim’s practice is dedicated to defending employers in employment and business litigation. He has represented clients across a broad range of industries, such as transportation, high-tech, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, food, healthcare, retail, and others. Mr. Kim has worked on “bet the business” litigation, PAGA and wage and hour class action claims, and numerous trade secrets matters. He has tried several cases to verdict either as lead or co-counsel.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Kim was an associate at two of the largest AmLaw 100 law firms. He also served as a federal Immigration Judge and as a military prosecutor. Mr. Kim continues to serve as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.

    Outside the office, Mr. Kim enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
