Neha Nayak is an associate attorney at O’Hagan Meyer, where she represents employers in labor and employment matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Santa Barbara and J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She was active in the Immigration & Deportation Defense Clinic and the IP & Internet Justice Clinic.
During law school, Neha gained valuable experience through internships at Headspace Health and Samsara, where she supported in-house legal teams on matters involving privacy, employment, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
Neha serves on the board of the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California (SABA-NC) and is passionate about mentorship, particularly in supporting South Asian, first-generation, and women lawyers in the legal profession. A first-generation attorney herself, Neha is committed to providing strategic, thoughtful counsel and bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to her clients’ legal needs.
