Monica Hernandez is an Associate Attorney in the Downtown Los Angeles and Orange County offices of O’Hagan Meyer. She is a member of their Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Hernandez received her law degree from Southwestern Law School, where she served on the board of the Women’s Law Association and was a staff editor of the Southwestern Law Review. During law school, she gained experience as a summer law clerk for the U.S. Copyright Office and as a judicial extern for the United States District Court, Central District of California.
