McKinley Reynolds III is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of its Labor & Employment Practice. His practice specializes in Wage & Hour Class Actions and representative lawsuits pursuant to the California Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA"). He also defends employers against claims brought by individual employees involving alleged harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage claims.
Mr. Reynolds received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he served as the Academic Chair for the Black Law Students Association.
