Laura Rios is an associate with the Las Vegas office of O’Hagan Meyer. She represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination and harassment litigation.

Laura graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Art History. After graduating from Pepperdine, Laura went on to obtain her paralegal certification from UCLA. During this schooling, Laura was a paralegal intern at the SEC, and went on to work for retired judges in a national mediation and arbitration firm.

After being a paralegal for a handful of years, Laura decided to make the move to Las Vegas and attended the William Boyd School of Law, University of Las Vegas, Nevada where she interned for judges, worked as a research assistant, and externed for the UNLV Athletic Compliance and General Counsel’s offices.

Since law school, Laura has worked for a national law firm handling complex insurance defense matters.
