Kyle J. Ignatius is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Los Angeles office, where he is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Mr. Ignatius primarily handles wage-and-hour class and PAGA representative actions brought in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Ignatius worked at a boutique Plaintiff’s side law firm specializing in wage-and-hour class and PAGA representative actions. This provides Mr. Ignatius with a unique perspective in defending against such actions as well as advising employers as to how to effectuate compliance with the California Labor Code.

Mr. Ignatius is licensed to practice law in all State Courts of California, in addition to the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.
