Jonathan A. Werlang is an attorney admitted in Texas and California with substantial experience in employment law and workplace matters. He has drafted and negotiated employment contracts, contractor agreements, and NDAs; managed disputes from inception to settlement; conducted corporate investigations into whistleblower claims; and advised on compliance issues including insider trading, workplace regulations, and company policies. His work spans both litigation—where he has first-chaired trials and handled discovery, depositions, and motion practice—and preventative counseling, helping employers navigate risk while maintaining sound employment practices.
