John Lamb has nearly thirty years experience litigating premises liability, real property and contract breaches, as well as business and partnership disputes. After college, he began working as a real estate title examiner and upon passing the Massachusetts Bar, represented developers and lenders in real estate transactions, while also litigating premises, contractor, zoning, and title claims. He has focused on and grown his civil litigation practice since that time.
He practiced in Massachusetts for nearly twenty years prior to moving to Illinois. During that time, he became a Land Court approved title examiner, trial attorney and title insurance defense attorney. He also obtained approval as outside defense counsel for property and casualty as well as title insurance companies. He has practiced in Illinois since 2006, focusing his practice on his civil litigation.

Education and Admissions
John received his Bachelor of Arts – English degree from Boston College in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law – Boston in 1987. He has also passed exams toward completing ARM and AIC designations.
