Jeff Winchester is a Partner in the Las Vegas office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of its Labor & Employment Practice Group. He advises and represents employers across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including, but not limited to, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, OSHA, wage and hour issues, class and collective actions, as well as trade secrets and non-compete covenants.
Before attending Cornell Law School, Mr. Winchester lived and worked in Tokyo, Japan for 11 years as a teacher and technical writer. Since returning to the Las Vegas area, Jeff has been involved with organizing the Las Vegas Aki Matsuri Japanese Festival.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Winchester clerked for the Honorable David Ebel of the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. With extensive experience as an employment lawyer, he has worked both in prominent law firms and in-house for Caesars Entertainment. Mr. Winchester offers strategic advice and counsel, delivers training on various employment law topics, and represents employers before state and federal agencies and courts.
