Xiong Jie “Jackson” Zhou is an experienced litigator representing and advising corporate and individual clients across many industries, including in the logistics, retail, transportation, construction, real estate, technologies, public and non-profit sector before state and federal courts. His practice areas include general liability, personal injury, contract disputes, employment, consumer rights, and construction defects. He has effectively used all the tools in litigation, including motion practice and mediation to obtain favorable results for his clients. Most recently, Jackson successfully enforced the arbitration agreements for a national rideshare company through motion practice, resulting in positive impact on the client’s business. Jackson prepares all his cases with an eye towards trial, while taking a service oriented and cost sensitive approach to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

In addition to being a passionate advocate for his clients, Jackson has a love for different cultures and languages. He is an avid traveler and is fluent in two different types of Chinese dialects (Mandarin and Cantonese), as well as French. He is actively involved with the local Asian American legal and business communities and enjoys being able to speak to some of his clients in their native languages.
