Jack Jimenez is a partner in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer. Jack’s litigation practice focuses on representing employers in a wide range of single-plaintiff employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and related claims. He also defends employers in wage and hour class and representative actions.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jack advises employers on employee discipline and terminations, disability accommodations, leaves of absences, compliance with wage and hour laws, and other day-to-day employment issues.
