Imran A. Rahman is an associate at our San Francisco Office. Imran’s practice is dedicated to defending employers in employment and business litigation and providing preventative, individually tailored advice and counseling. Prior to his start at O’Hagan Meyer, Imran spent his legal career representing claims on behalf of employees and consumers in California, including at trial, arbitration, mediation, and on appeal. This provides him with a rare insight into the development, defense, and efficient resolution of these claims that inures to his client's benefit. Imran’s current practice includes defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, and general business litigation.
