Flavio Fonseca is an Associate Attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s litigation team, focusing on employment and business disputes. Flavio’s prior experience includes both plaintiff and defense-side civil litigation firms where he gained invaluable experience in all facets of litigation, from their inception to the close of the matter.
A native of Vallejo, California, Flavio graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in the Diplomacy Program at the University of Economics in Prague. He earned his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and has successfully prosecuted trademark and copyright applications, securing intellectual property rights for his clients. Additionally, he has drafted discrimination complaints for the San Francisco Human Rights Commission concerning housing and public accommodations throughout the Bay Area.
