Eleno Núñez Gonzalez is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Employment Law, Wage and Hour, and Class & Collective Action Practice Groups. Eleno represents employers in a wide array of employment law matters in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.
Eleno’s practice includes litigating complex employment law matters and focuses on providing advice and counsel to employers regarding California’s Labor Code, Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), and various regulations.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Eleno was an associate attorney handling all phases of discovery, law and motion, and bringing or defending claims arising from the FEHA or Labor Code, including the Private Attorneys General Act.
