David has represented public and private employer entities in all aspects of employment litigation and counseling, including Fortune 100 and small companies. David’s clients include companies involved in healthcare, construction, retail, manufacturing, temporary staffing and other law firms. He has extensive and successful experience in the area of class action litigation as well as individual plaintiff actions. He frequently assists employers in integrating their workers’ compensation and FEHA/ADA interactive process best practices compliance. David also practices general corporate, commercial and business litigation.

Education
David graduated from Eastern Kentucky University cum laude with a B.A. in Organizational Communications and a A.A. in Police Administration after serving as student body president and voting member of the university’s Board of Regents.
David graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1991. During law school David clerked with Gray’s Inn Barristers in London, UK as well as with the Honorable Judge Cecil Mills in Los Angeles.

- David is a frequent guest speaker for various industry organizations including Public Agency Risk Managers Association and Southern California Risk Managers Association. He volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster youth and was recognized as Orange County CASA of he year in 2018. He also volunteers as a Chaplain with the Orange County Department of Probation working with at risk youth.
