Arian Hashemi is a commercial litigation associate at the New York City office of O’Hagan Meyer.
Mr. Hashemi’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation, including the defense of class & collective, financial services, labor & employment, wage & hour, directors & officers, and homeowner & condominium association actions and disputes.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Hashemi accrued substantial courtroom and litigation experience, including most recently practicing at the New York City office of a national firm where he handled all aspects of complex civil and commercial litigation across the states of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Hashemi obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During his time at the University of Wisconsin Law School, he completed a felony jury trial through an internship at a District Attorney’s Office.
In his free time, Mr. Hashemi enjoys traveling, dining, weightlifting, and spending time with his family and family-dog, an Australian Shepherd-Catahoula named Max.
