Ann’s litigation practice includes the representation of employers against claims of discrimination and retaliation based on race, gender, age, disability, and religion, as well as cases concerning wrongful termination. Ann is an accomplished attorney in handling all legal issues involved with The Fair Housing Act. Ann is a skilled litigator in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters. Ann has successfully represented clients in a wide range of legal matters in the areas of premises and product liability as well as tort litigation, white collar defense and homeowners and condominium associations claims and litigation.
Ann Reardon, a former Assistant Attorney General of Virginia, Special Assistant United States Attorney, and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Virginia is an experienced trial attorney who feels at home in any courtroom, has appeared in court hundreds of times on a wide variety of criminal offenses and civil matters throughout the state.
Ann grew up in Henrico County and has lived in the Richmond area for most of her life. She graduated from of the College of William and Mary in 1981 and from its law school, The Marshall – Wythe School of Law, in 1984.
