Anita Lodi is an associate in the Downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a dedicated member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She represents clients in a broad range of employment matters, with a specialization in complex wage and hour class actions, representative actions, as well as cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, misclassification, and discrimination.
Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Anita worked at a plaintiff’s side firm focusing on class actions. This experience has provided her valuable insights into both sides of complex wage and hour law, bolstering her confidence and proficiency in defending class action lawsuits.
A native of Toronto, Canada, Anita earned her bachelor’s degree from Carleton University, her law degree from Queen Mary University in the UK, and her Master of Laws from the University of California Los Angeles. She uses her international experience to bring a unique perspective and dedicated approach to defending employers.
