Professional Overview
Alyssa practices in all areas of employment litigation including wage & hour violations, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, and claims covered under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Alyssa practiced marketing and consumer protection law for an international fashion company and a world-renowned live entertainment company.
Alyssa received her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Studio Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.
