Alyson Dudkowski is a Partner in the Downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer. She is a member of its Labor & Employment Practice, specializing in Wage & Hour Class Actions and representative lawsuits pursuant to the California Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA"). Ms. Dudkowski has represented employers in numerous areas of employment related litigation, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and trade secret claims. She is a seasoned litigator with experience handling complex cases in both state and federal court.
Ms. Dudkowski has also represented financial institutions, private companies, and individuals in actions involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and unfair business practices. With years of experience navigating the complexities of appellate litigation, she has a proven track record of success in both state and federal appellate courts. She previously spent four years working in-house for a financial services company managing pre-litigation and litigation matters.
