    Ms. Korgan is an associate in the downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Korgan defends employers in wage and hour class actions and representative lawsuits brought pursuant to California’s Private Attorneys General Act. She also has experience defending public and private employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, administrative proceedings, and pre-litigation claims for workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, misclassification, and the like.

    Ms. Korgan also defends religious institutions, corporate entities, and private schools against employment and non-employment sexual assault, sexual harassment, and negligence claims, including claims brought pursuant to California’s expanded statute of limitations for civil claims for sexual assault.

    Ms. Korgan received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, with a specialization in Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law and Policy. During law school, Ms. Korgan served as a Staff Editor for Volume 24 and an Articles Editor for Volume 25 of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. She also worked as a research assistant to Professor Devon Carbado for three years and served as a legal intern at the entertainment labor union, SAG-AFTRA. Prior to law school, Ms. Korgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in History from the University of California, Berkeley.

    Ms. Korgan is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of California.
