Adriana Rodriguez is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group ant O’Hagan Meyer in Sacramento, California. Ms. Rodriguez represents clients in a variety of employment matters including wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims.

Prior to O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Rodriguez worked for a reputable firm where she represented healthcare professionals and hospitals in matters involving medical malpractice, sexual assault, and/or elder abuse. Her experience defending civil matters has helped her finesse her analytical and strategic skills while evaluating all aspects of her cases.

Ms. Rodriguez graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Rodriguez also studied abroad in The Hague, Netherlands, and Geneva, Switzerland, where she took courses on international criminal law, humanitarian law, human rights law, and intellectual property law. During her time abroad she also interned with the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative in London, England.
