Mr. Meyer defended a lawyer against a complaint alleging malicious prosecution, stemming from the lawyer’s representation of a client in a series of employment-related disputes. The Cook County trial court dismissed the malicious prosecution claim in May 2011. On December 14, 2012, the Illinois Appellate Court affirmed the dismissal.
