Zach Lewis is an Associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office. Zach focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and financial services litigation and arbitration. Zach defends securities broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, registered representatives, financial advisors, insurance agents and other professionals in state and federal court and before the dispute resolution tribunal of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Additionally, Zach represents clients in a large variety of matters including complex commercial actions, contractual disputes, and breaches of professional duty in both State and Federal courts. Zach graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law with Order of the Barrister’s honors. While in law school, he served as the Chief Justice of all advocacy programs at Maurer and competed representing his school in the Anderson Center Seventh Circuit Moot Court Competition in Chicago. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Zach worked at a large financial firm on litigation matters pending against the firm.
