Victoria Danna is a partner in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer. She is a shrewd litigator and client advocate with over 10 years of litigation experience. She regularly defends businesses in a wide variety of employment matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment. She also defends clients in wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions.

Victoria practices in both in state and federal courts. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts of California.
