Victor Ng is an associate in the San Francisco office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. Mr. Ng advises companies on representative, wage, and hour class actions, as well as discrimination, retaliation, and workplace harassment claims. Mr. Ng has experience handling matters in both federal and state court in addition to arbitration at all stages of litigation. Mr. Ng also brings to his practice prior experience as coverage counsel for domestic and international insurers.

Mr. Ng is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and has been a long-time volunteer for the Asian American Bar Association / Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach Clinic.
