- Professional Overview Tara Mokhtarzadeh comes to O’Hagan Meyer with litigation experience in ERISA Long-Term Disability, practicing and defending cases in private practice, with a focus on early case settlement, and securing victories at the dispositive motion stage in federal court. Tara has experience drafting extensive memoranda and summary judgment motions for multi-million-dollar claims involving negligence and breach of contract on behalf of corporate clients and non-profit organizations within the Portland Metropolitan Area. When Tara is not in the office, she enjoys playing with her two cats, exploring the various eateries around Portland, or reading a good book.
