Stephanie Le is an associate in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She has considerable litigation experience in both state and federal courts litigating individual and multi-plaintiff employment lawsuits, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Le's specialties include all stages of litigation, from pre-filing to post-judgment, including taking and defending depositions, alternative dispute resolution, arguing substantive and dispositive motions, and discovery.
Ms. Le also provides advice and counsel to clients on various employment issues, including ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Le worked at a national law firm defending labor and employment matters.
