Payer Dispute and Managed Care Litigation practice (including direct action, class action, and multi-district litigation) defending insurance payers, insurers, and third-party administrators in medical billing and auditing matters involving violation of the Sherman Act, state antitrust statutes, and consumer protection laws, deceptive and unfair trade practices, conspiracy, and price-fixing relative to out-of-network reimbursement disputes, network and preferred provider disputes, underpayment disputes, repricer challenges, and alleged problematic contractual arrangements and guidelines for reimbursement and payment of claims.
