Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Shannon was an Associate Corporate Counsel at Providence St. Joseph Health. Previously, she was a Contracts Manager in the research department at Providence St. Joseph Health.

Shannon graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She then earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where she focused on healthcare law.

During law school, Shannon interned at the Consumer Education and Training Services, the Washington State Department of Health, and the Community Health Plan of Washington. Shannon also volunteered at the Seattle Clemency Project and aided in the release of an incarcerated individual. While in law school, Shannon worked as an editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice.
