Seth Garcia is an associate attorney at O’Hagan Meyer, specializing in employment and labor litigation. His practice primarily involves representing clients in cases related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination under state and federal law, as well as PAGA matters.
Mr. Garcia graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in music industry. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.
