Sarah Garrett is an attorney in the Portland, Oregon office and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice focuses on employment law litigation and advice, including issues related to discrimination and harassment, wage and hour laws, disability and religious accommodations, and terminations.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Sarah was an attorney with a nationwide insurance company in the Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation areas. Prior to that, she practiced Workers’ Compensation defense at a boutique firm and started her career practicing Social Security disability law at the northwest’s largest SSI/SSD firm.

Sarah graduated from San Francisco State University, cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in History and International Relations. Prior to law school, Sarah gained extensive experience in retail and food and beverage management. She graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was an Articles Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.

Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her wife, dog and cat, and is an avid follower of all things baseball.
